Head - Sales Industrial Background - Facility Management Organizations Primary Responsibilities: - Development & Implementation of Strategies for Sales & Business Development & Sales - Creation of Door Entry Opportunities for new Client Acquisitions in the region - Cold Calling, Sales Hunting of new business for IFM services - Development and Maintenance of cordial relationship with the existing clients of the organizations. - Identifications of Gaps and development of procedures & measures to curb the issues. - Adept in the Sales & Business Development process from Scratch. - Sourcing, Development & Closure of deals with new clients within the territory. - Fixing Appointments, Meetings and Schedules for new Clients for Facility/Deep Cleaning Services - Prospect new potential clients and maintain existing customers relationship within the commercial FM industry. - Track and report status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments. - Ensuring the new Client Acquisition than existing to increase the overall reach of the organization in the assigned location. - Generate project/business opportunities and RFPs through customer contact to meet company's business plans and growth strategies. - Multiple Site Management & Customer Visits regularly. - Budgeting and cost control measures, Monitoring Budget variance. - Assisting the department in project management, cost optimization and implementing business expansion plans. - Cost control and ensuring timely implementation of the Sales Plan & Strategies Secondary Responsibilities - Planning & Project Management - Strong Negotiations & Client Relations - Strong Execution of Soft Services - Client Visit & Site Visit JOB SPECIFICATION: - Educational Qualification Graduation/Post Graduation in Any Specialization (Preferably into Sales & Marketing) Additional Skillset: - Excellent Team Management Skills - Operational Troubleshooting Skills - Time Management - Should Have an Eye for Detail - MIS Preparation & Reporting - Preparation of Rosters/Shifts, etc. - IT Skills Requirement MS - Office Package
