Head of Sales- EV OEM Business | SaaS platform for IOT deployment
- Our client is one of the fastest growing Enterprise IoT platforms designed to digitize small and medium-sized enterprises' business processes. This includes cold chain monitoring, fuel tracking, electric vehicle monitoring etc.

- As the Head of Sales- EV OEM Business, you will be responsible for building, handling and managing all India EV sales team.
What you will do:
- ConstructingTie-ups with 2W/3W/4W Automotive EV OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2
- Creating and owning all plans and strategies for developing business for EV resulting in the organization's sales goals
- Assisting in the development of the sales plan and strategy
- Preparing forecasts and drafting KPI reporting for use in organizational planning and strategy, financial forecasting, budget setting
- Building process, funnel and pipeline for manual on boarding, activation, and expansion
- Working collaboratively across teams - including Technical, Product and Marketing
- Establishing/Generating the inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives
- Providing full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development by increasing revenue
- Establishing and stimulating partnerships and relationships with key customers and clients
What you need to have:
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate with relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of leadership experience, building, managing, handling and encouraging sales teams with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Strategic and relevant sales experience in selling products to Automotive OEM companies
- Experience of opening, building and converting OEM account
- Work experience with Automotive component manufacturers selling components, solutions, products to Automotive OEM companies
- Immense knowledge of sales principles, practices, set processes from scratch and an ability to coach/train others on them
- Strong analytical and computable skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitasking
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills coupled with strategic and leadership competences
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on commitments
- Fluency in written and verbal English
