SVP - Sales for ESN Product (Should have experience in selling enterprise products.)

Job Description:
- Business/partnership negotiation experience from start to signature
- Recruit new partners to drive sales through partner network in multiple geos (Global role)
- Build business models with partners ensuring mutual success
- Build and execute partner engagement model
- Responsible for targets by region and by partner and overall P & L derived out of partner engagement
- Develop working level collaboration with identified company partners in the ESN domain
- Demonstrable evidence of solid partnerships with key third parties
- Experience in third-party partner management
- Identify, qualify and quantify partner specific opportunities and understand critical factors to successful market deployment of ESN product through the partners
- Grow the company presence and reach in the ESN space in various markets that would be measured by the growth in sales through / with channel partners
- Work with Product Management team and Alliance partners to arrive at go to market strategy by region for ESN product
- Work with channel partners to generate new business opportunities
- Work with channel partners to generate leads and successfully converting them to achieve revenue targets
- Operate with limited guidance in a complex environment and broad geographies
Desired Profile:
- Total 12-20 Years of experience
- Current 5-8 yrs of experience in driving business / revenue through partners preferably channel partners
- Exposure to US and Europe will be added advantage
