Sales Head ( Electronics )
Responsibilities:
Financial:
- Architect and execute robust sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase offline revenue across India.
- Continually analyze financial performance and adjust strategies to ensure profitability.
Customer:
- Manage and expand distributor networks, ensuring deep market penetration and brand presence.
- Maintain and improve business relationships with current and prospective partners (LFR/GT/Others) across formats.
Internal:
- Lead initiatives for process improvement to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and policies, maintaining high standards of operation.
Learning & People:
- Invest in team development, providing training and development opportunities to nurture skills and drive performance.
- Lead the sales team with a focus on team management, setting objectives, and offering feedback to foster a culture of growth and achievement.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Sales and Marketing or related field.
- 15-20+ years of proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably at a national level.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Extensive knowledge of the consumer electronics industry, market trends, and distribution channels.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
