What You'll Do :

Head Overseas Education of Canada

- Manages a team of 20 - 30+ members

- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.

- Achieving the assigned Sale targets

- Ensures regular data audits are conducted.

- Adheres to contract compliance of partner institutions.

- Ensuring that all the teams are following the SOPs or their work responsibilities.

- Providing support to the sales, admission and MIS team to get the desired results.

- Attending Education and agent's fairs and recruitment events with the team.

- Participating in MSM's marketing events and activities, supporting partner institutions.

- Working on International team visits/trips and traveling with them, whenever required.

- Answering email and telephone inquiries from prospective students.

- Supporting recruitment focused event planning including venue booking, sending invitations and attending events across India, for example, offer-holder briefings and pre-departure events.

- Conducting data analysis to add to strategic decision making.

- Any other tasks and coordination related to operations

- Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning

- Work collaboratively across teams.

- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.

- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.

- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Who We're Looking For :

- At least 7 years of experience in sales and/or marketing in the international education and student recruitment sector and experience in team handling

- Graduate/PostGraduate of Marketing, Management, or relevant fields

- A solid experience in developing marketing strategies to attract leads & Target Oriented

- Expert understanding of different education (Domestic or international) policy, or business sectors

- A strong grasp and understanding of EdTech and pertinent tools, technology, and applications

- Extensive experience in managing and developing an extensive network of recruitment agents.

- Extensive knowledge of different policy constraints and legal requirements (i.e., student visa policies)

- Flexible in travelling; whenever is required

- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in advising and influencing a team

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, languages in top student regions)

- High-energy and compelling vision with a proven entrepreneurial track record of defining and delivering new initiatives

- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadline and balancing priorities

- Proficiency in digital communications

Salary offered: 12-15LPA
