Mandatory : Minimum 2 years with EdTech company
Profile :
- Overall responsibility for driving sales for the organization - both long term and short term courses and other revenue sources
- Design and implement a sales plan in accordance with organization's vision
- Manage a team of 6-8 sales associates and responsible for overall sales target achievement
- Lead, recruit, and train a high-performing sales team to deliver on the organization's sales targets
- Measure performance trends of team members against role expectations, including conversion factors, revenue generated per lead, revenue per sale, etc
- Reporting to the management on sales performance
- Partner with marketing colleagues on driving cross-functional, cross-channel marketing efforts to meet the growth objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales (2 years in edtech industry)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high-performing sales team
- Experience with both inside and outside sales, including lead generation and outbound prospecting
- Experience with CRM software tools
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written communication) skills a must
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial work environment where self-motivated individuals succeed
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree from a reputed institution
