- This position will be responsible for the sales and business development functions of the University.
- Collaborating with the Chief Commercial Officer for the growth of the organization along with building a culture that supports employee and student experience outcomes that are consistent with the mission, vision and values of university.
- Building a team of highly motivated second line of leadership (and below) that is enabled to take quick Impactful decisions; building a culture of collaboration, innovation and outcome.
- Working closely with heads of Marketing, Corporate Relations, Career Services with support from Human Resource, IT, Finance and the University Academia to develop and implement short-term and long-term business plans.
- Understanding business performance by analyzing data, business trends; projecting demand, resource allocation, manpower efficiency & deployment, cost optimization and accordingly managing targets and related growth.
- Ensuring Products/Teams/Systems/Processes are developed in a way that promises growth and profitability.

- Overall Responsibility to drive growth and profitability for the organization
- Achieving enrollment targets
- Ensuring strong industry partnerships and alliances, to drive revenues
- Building credibility and equity of the university brand amongst key stake holders
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Science / Commerce is a must.
- Minimum 15+ years of sales operations and business development experience required with exceptional commercial acumen.
- Proven success as a decision-maker in a collaborative, matrixed environment with multiple direct and indirect reporting structures throughout the organization.
- Stakeholder collaboration experience, with the ability to quickly develop and manage both internal and external relationships across cultural and geographical boundaries; the ability to use a collaborative model to leverage resources effectively.
- Proven success record leading and building an agile workforce that responds quickly and effectively to changing business situations and demands.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate issues and recommendations persuasively and effectively to key stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills required.
- Strong bias for action and result orientation.
