Candidate Should have good experience in B2C Inside Sales, Outbound sales, Direct sales,
Team Size should be (100+ Inside sales, Telesales)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- To develop the in house telesales team Sales Strategy
- To develop a 180 day road map to take team from zero to fully functional high performing sales Team
- To identify and evaluate Competitor activity, Market Information and Student Feedback, and feeding this information back through to the academic and field sales team..
- To advise on and set up best practices.
- To support the Company in expanding its current Customer base, in Partnership with the Marketing and Business Development Departments of the unit.
- Motivate the Sales Team with rewards and benefits, and inspire them to stay focused on Company goals
- To generate and deliver weekly/monthly Sales Reports (supported by factual Sales data) for Senior Management review
