The company operates a chain of K-12 Schools and Playschools in South India.   Senior management professional who can play a leading role in driving sales across businesses for the group:   Location : Hyderabad  - 10+ years of sales experience in services industry with focus on growing business by managing and driving distributed sales team   Job Responsibilities :   - Driving admissions across the set of schools by leading and managing a dedicated team of business development managers and counsellors   - Building a pipeline of prospective admissions via a set of pre-sales / direct marketing effort across campuses   - Developing relationship with corporate clients, housing societies and even playschool chains to build the sales pipeline   - Achieving high conversion rates from prospective admission to final admission by driving innovative methods through the sales force.   Experience sought :  Ideally looking for a candidate who has :  - Experience in building, strengthening and leading a large and distributed sales team in a consumer service industry, effectively managing their performance to drive sales target  - Demonstrated abilities to drive sales of premium product / service   - Experience of Education business is a plus but is not a requirement
