We are executing a search for Head Sales ( Admissions) for a large Education Group - a leading operator of K-12 Institutions Pan India.
Position - Head Admissions/ Sales
Location - Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and build Admission objectives and strategies, across schools PAN India.
- Ability to do cost effective planning, manage budget and P&L
- People and stakeholder Management
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Independent School Admissions
- The ability to develop strategies, implement operational plans, meet goals, and pivot based on shifting priorities and circumstances
Requirements:
- MBA with 10-15 years of experience ( Experience in Education field is desirable but not mandatory )
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Strategy & Decision Making Ability
