Sales Head
- Responsible to build & develop Sales Partners at PAN India level
- Accountable for Sales Partners performance and productivity
- Responsible for tracking sales partners for incremental business
- Design & develop schemes to motivate sales partner
- Develop strong rapport with Sales Partners to know about market behaviors
- Ability to gauge the pulse of the market to track and empanel sales partners accordingly
- Ability to motivate, guide and push sales partners to drive volumes and growth
Ideal Resource:
- IIM Background ( Mandatory)
- 10 - 14 years of experience in retail industry (FMCG Preferred)
- Must have extensively worked with distributors, dealers & retailers at PAN India level
