Head - Sales - eCommerce

Job Description :

- Key driver for growth and profitability of Ecommerce business including both the brand website as well as market places.

- Manage the ecommerce team to identify, prioritize and drive initiatives to grow revenue across all online channels

- Drive improvement in profitability through close coordination with supply chain, finance team and rigorous monitoring of costs vs budgets

- Collaborate with the Web team to identify and drive implementation of high-impact tech roadmap features

- Setup necessary processes to ensure improvement in key operational KPIs across supply chain, customer service, product content

- Benchmark competition, identify assortment gaps and drive online exclusive assortment growth with the category team
