- Provide strategic leadership to the company and direct the Executive Management team to establish :
a. Long-range goals, Sales & distribution strategy
b. Plans and policies
c. Marketing and sales strategy and operations
d. Sales and Distribution planning, GTM
e. Create new pockets for sales for existing and new product range
- Drive the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives
- Spearhead the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes & Forge into new markets
