Summary
Reporting to the CEO, the ideal candidate will spearhead the Sales & Distribution function for India to drive business growth and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- The ideal incumbent should come with hands on knowledge of General & Life Insurance value chain including Sales / distribution, Claims, Placement /Pricing / Policy Audit etc.
- Well networked in the market with clients at appropriate levels i.e. Insurance Dept Heads /HR heads / CFOs / CEO's /Promoters etc. to generate leads and conversion.
- Prior experience of managing policy audits along with coverage analysis and in-depth product insights for both GI & LI commercial business.
- Should have excellent relationships with Insurance companies (PSU & Private) for placement and pricing negotiations along with revenue maximization.
- Ability to focus on renewal, retention and address client issues both technical and non-technical promptly.
- The incumbent should have the ability to interpret financial statements and adhere to the business plan of the organization to achieve the organization goals.
- The role needs a team player, who has the ability to motivate peers and subordinates to bring out the best for ideal delivery of plans.

- Minimum of 15 years of work experience in business development
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
