Experience : 10+ Years of Experience in FMCG Sales & Distribution

Job Location : Flexible

Education Qualification : MBA (Marketing)

Language : English & Hindi (Mandatory)

CTC : Open

Gender preference : Male

Age : Around 40 years

Responsibilities / Key Deliverable :

- Design & improve coverage plan

- Channel wise and Product group wise identifying distribution gaps and setting benchmarks to achieve organisational goal

- Strategising efficient distribution plan and monitoring it

- Monitoring Coverage frequency planning

- Build and monitor system updates on Coverage as per the plan

Skill Sets :

- Should have relevant experience in FMCG Industry

- Knowledge of All India FMCG Markets especially North & West part of India

- Ability to map out potential outlets & design suitable coverage plan

- Willing to travel as per business requirement

- Excellent Communication skills

- Good Analytical, Interpersonal Skills
