What will you do : - Managing and building the distribution channels with regular monitoring of sales and collections. - Build a best in class team for expansion across geographies - Planning and preparing processes for vendor on-boarding, distribution, collection and payment processes. - Responsible for P&amp;L of business - manage revenue, operational expenses, deliver a strong top and bottom line. - Undertake market analysis and collect field intelligence to find high-quality prospects. - Strategic consulting, including business plan &amp; sales strategy development. What we are looking for : - 10+years work experience at leadership level in sales &amp; distribution. Experience in building up the distribution channel at the region/ zonal / PAN India level - Strong education background from top tier institutions .
