Description - We are looking for a strong, passionate and proven enterprise sales leader who can help our client in managing the sales and distribution of a new line of product, which can be integrated with the existing set of product lines.

The solutions are deployed by over 130+ mobile service providers and financial institutions in over 95 countries. They enable service provides to enhance customer experience, rationalize costs, and accelerate revenue growth.

Job Description : 

- Create a business landscape for taking the S&D business to three fold in next 12-24 months

- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in new geographies

- Identifying potential challenges in such solution deployments and work towards overcoming that

- Understand the distributor network and strategies solutions around it

- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

- Manage sales growth with our distribution partners

- Gather competitive intelligence, particularly on competitive products, pricing, and product performance

- Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers

- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Profile : 

- 13+ Years of relevant experience into Business Development & sales in S&D set up/ FMCG & Telecom

- Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills

- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.

- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business
