Head - Sales & Distribution - Dairy/Milk Products

Salary Range: 15 - 18 LPA

General Job Description :

- A minimum of 10 years commercial experience in leading a Sales & Distribution function for a brand or range of products

- Must have current experience in leading a sales function across consumer related products

- Excellent experience in building relationships with new customers and enhancing existing relationships to maximize sales & margin returns

- ISO Compliance

- Ability to understand competitive analysis and be a knowledge base for the product range

- Working with the international principals to improve pricing or marketing plans

- Statutory Compliance

- Oversee operations of all sales offices

- Oversee booth and parlors of the products
