Designation: Head Sales & Distribution

Experience: 15+ yrs

CTC: upto 75 lpa

Location

- The position will be based out of Gurgaon and shall report to the MD & CEO.

Preferred Educational Qualification & Experience:

- A graduate in any discipline or a post graduate in Business Management / Sales & Marketing

- Progressive experience of 15 years in managing Sales & Distribution of a large organization preferably in the BFSI sector. Loan product experience will be a distinct advantage

- Experience of building and leading direct sales force and also channel sales

- Exposure to multiple geographies across India

- The preferred candidate should be in age group of 35 years - 45 years

The incumbent will have to travel at least 10 - 15 days in a month, to direct and review sales in the field.

Responsibilities

- Building a team of sales professionals across locations

- Achievement of Companies target of revenues or POS (Portfolio outstanding)

- Ensuring quality of sourcing

- Increasing sales productivity

- Detailed sales planning and associated financials

- Key member of the management team of the company; will work closely with the CEO & MD and also with the head of Credit & Collections, Operations and Finance
