Education: Preferred MBA or any Travel certification degree - Experience: Minimum 15+ years of relevant work experience in Sales Management & team Management - Should have managed PAN India team of 15+ members - Experience managing Retail Business- Business Development Strategy, B2C and Retail sales experience & P & L responsibility - Focus on enhancing the Retail Services vertical in the region & developing underserved markets - Identifying and implementing new business opportunities for the growth of business. - Develop, review, and report on the business development division's strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the team - Support the overall process of management and corporate decision- making to maximize short, medium and long-term profitability along with BU heads - Liaise with other executive heads on the implementation of the company's strategic and operational plans
