Functional Area - Web & Mobile advertising & sponsorship sales
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Specific Responsibilities
- Achievement & growth of the divisions web & mobile advertising revenues
- Working on proactive & reactive digital sales pitches around the clients web & mobile assets
- Working closely with the Web & mobile business teams on monetizing the digital assets thru advertising
- Manage & motivate a 2-3 member team consisting of a sales & advertising operations to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Work closely with the TV & live sales team in creating digital sales opportunities
Personal characteristics / Behaviours - Innovative, team player, Well networked in the digital client space, proactive, strong revenue orientation, start up mindset.
Special skills - Expert in digital advertising sales process ( lead generation to closure) specifically Web & digital video advertising
Key Challenges - A start up environment with a challenge to build highly profitable web & mobile products. Niche web properties and apps requiring innovative ways to sell ( beyond CPM sales).
