Scope of Work:

This position is responsible for developing immediate and medium-term Growth Strategies for the assigned geographies & executing in-year plans to achieve patient volumes, value, channel network, and market share in the region to impact the top line. This position affects the overall growth of the territory in terms of revenue & team productivity. This position will motivate and drive cross-functional alignment to the identified goals through collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:

- Deliver sales objectives by driving patient volume, value, and market share and driving top line by effectively managing channel partners

- Ensure that the team meets monthly sales targets in terms of both revenue generation and collections

- Expand the channel by appointing new B2C partners and create a network of collection centers

- Seek new ways of revenue and brand expansion by doing various activities with the channel partners.

- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the industry, market, customer, competition, pricing, and overall marketing practices

- Should continuously evaluate market/ Competition trends and adjust tactics to take advantage of changes in the market

- Manage the business of Key Accounts in the region like big hospitals, labs etc

- Manage relationships with Lab Partner and create win-win outcomes

- Maintain sales staff job-oriented by ensuring the right recruitment, counseling, orienting, training, and disciplining.

- Sales Team productivity management and build plans to improve.

Qualification Required:

- Experience: 10-15 years

- Qualification Background: MBA- Sales & Marketing from premier B-school only

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, Regional Office
