Job Description :
- Head of Business Development & Sales will be responsible for leading the Company's Business Development plan & execution to achieve the desired results.
- The Person will work closely with Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Field Sales, Marketing and Customer Care professionals.
- Directly manage a team of experienced sales professionals to achieve and surpass individual and department revenue goals Coach, mentor, provide feedback and improve the skill set and productivity of the team.
- Identify, innovate and execute business ideas to improve division goals and targets Initiate, manage, take ownership of strategic dialogues with other teams, including Marketing, Technology, Client Services.
- Develop and implement strategic goals and tactical planning for sales organization Involvement in appraisal and career planning of employees Recruit, train, and retain future team members.
