- Other sales automation areas mobile apps, better ways to sell, being up to date with other tools in the market and which can help the organization sell better. Sales Development and R&R

- Designing and implementing long term engagement programmes which enhances sales force effectiveness by appropriate rewards.

- Implementing and running MD's Club and CSO club and keeping the energy and enthusiasm running throughout the tenure of the programme

- DSA partnership managing and on-boarding new DSA documentation and tracking Qtr 1 performance of the partners

- DSA Engagement running and monitoring the extra degree- the 3rd party engagement programme
