Accountabilities:
1. Sales Strategy/ New Channel expansion- Planning , Developing and initializing new channels ie FMCG opening including Modern Trade.
2. Execution - Development and Execution through field force of trade programmes, trade schemes, in-store displays and merchandising
3. Business development and delivery in 5 neighboring Countries.
4. Institutional Sales -Responsible for development and delivery of Institutional sales from CSD/CPC /Institutions
5. Responsible for all tender, commercials, pricing decisions and new product introductions in these countries/channels.
**The incumbent will be directly report to the CEO,and work in close coordination with the core management team to double the current business revenues in two year's time.
**Preffered: MBA with 12+ years of experience in large FMCG organizations in both direct sales as well as Sales development roles, preferably at a national level. exposure to trade marketing desirable.
