We are looking for a dynamic leader to build and maintain the entire network of retail and HNI investors for our platform. The Head of Sales &amp; Demand generation will play a foundational role building and executing the investor acquisition &amp; engagement strategy: developing relationships, educating clients on alternative investments, understanding requirements, and eventually driving investments to the platform. The position will work closely with the marketing and product teams to continuously improve customer outreach &amp; experience. Roles &amp; Responsibilities:&nbsp; - Lead the overall demand generation vertical for the platform - raise capital for investments on the platform from retail investors &amp; HNIs - Build and manage the entire sales and customer relationship team pan - india - Responsible for MOM growth and related achieving related targets - Develop and manage innovative customer acquisition plans - Setup processes to recruit, maintain, and enhance relationships with potential and existing investor base. - Conceptualize investor marketing materials and other products for continuous engagement of existing clients - Conceptualize and implement marketing strategies - Play a key role in product development and implementation Desired Profile: - 8 - 15 years of experience - 5+ years experience in investor relations, private wealth management, sales of financial products - Candidates having AUM (Asset under Management) size of 20cr &amp; above, minimum ticket size 50 lacs and connect among HNIs/UHNIs is preferred - Excellent communication and inter - personal skills - Currently, should be handling a team: Minimum team handling experience of 7 yrs+ - Education - post graduation from a top tier B school is preferred Our Offer: - Opportunity to be a part of the initial founding team - Opportunity to create the platform from scratch and set out the long term technology strategy and vision for the organization Our Platform: An Online marketplace for high yield alternate investments The platform will give access to retail investors to high yield opportunities (ranging from 8% to 20% IRR) Minimum investment size will begin with Rs. 3 lacs with an aim to reduce this threshold to Rs. 1 lac and even lower to Rs 10,000/- The range of asset classes that we are planning to list on the platform is as follows: - Corporate debt to Real estate developers - Debt against a pool of securities of NBFCs / Banks - Co - participate with other FIs (NBFCs, PE funds, other AIFs) in their respective asset classes (eg. VC debt, Vehicle loans, supply chain financing etc) Our key goals for the next 3 years: - To reach an user base of 1 lac in next 2 years, 5 Lac in 3 Years and 10 lac in next 4 years - To reach an user base of 1 lac overseas investor in next 3 years - To be the biggest Alternate Investment Platform, Pan- Asia
