Client Relationship & Sales:
- Provide excellent customer service / experience with the ability to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships.
- Be Brand Ambassador and able to understand and suggest products and services as per customer's needs.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach
- Track, analyse, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.
- Prepare specific client pitch materials, including RFP responses.
- Timely and accurate forecasting to build predictable and recurring revenue.
- Aggressive sales tactics with strong exposure of working with prominent and high-profile corporates.
- Have been successful in building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers, establishing large volume & high profit accounts as well as maintaining top and bottom-line profitability.
- Oversee the revenue and operations of the territory assigned.
- Continuously monitoring the achievement of targets by keeping close check on weekly, monthly & quarterly.
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages, uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance. Maintain & control the churn ratio and collection of revenue to be maintained at par.
Stakeholder management:
- Fostering good rapport and seamless coordination with internal & external stakeholders.
- Effectively communicating the customer requirements, ensuring that all information is accurate between client and operations so that client satisfaction is exceeded.
- Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data- inclusive of deadlines, client details, correspondence, and traces- in the assigned sales system.
