Our client is a startup founded by alumnus of IIM C and MDI Gurgaon. The company operates in the fin-tech domain, helping customers to improve their credit ratings and get access to better financing options and also providing leads and sales enablement services to companies in the BFSI domain.

- The company is a stable one with a track record of 5 years in which it has helped millions of retail customers improve their credit health and get access to better financing options.

- As the head of the Credit Cards division of the company, you will be responsible for driving business growth and managing the P&L of the division. You will manage a team and drive lead conversions, product management and strategic alliances.

The role includes :

- Responsible for developing and executing the strategic alliances with leading banks/NBFCs for Loans.

- Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan and document and distribute competitive information

- Manage the product (online) and ensure generation and conversion of leads online

- Manage a team of tele callers who support in deal closure.

- Coordinate with loan providers for system integration and documentation submission etc.

- Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams

- Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge

- Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, and payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting.

- Deepen relationships with clients by looking at opportunities for upselling/ cross selling etc.

- Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives

Candidate Profile :

- Experience in managing sales teams

- Tech Savvy

- Presentable and articulate

- Team handling experience

- Proven self starter who can effectively prioritize and adapt to change

- Strong aptitude for effective problem-solving

Salary range: 10 - 15 LPA
