One of the fast growing consumer Durables company having the MOST Distinguished Consumer Durables is looking for a Sales Head to head sales across India.

The company has differentiated ceiling FANS in the premium category. Is funded by a Venture capital fund.

Role:

- A leadership role to Head sales function of the company starting with building a strong sales team to achieve revenue numbers and help the company become a leading brand in the category they are operating in.

- Lead the sales for Ceiling fans PAN India, to start with West India & South India

- Lead sales through all channels including modern retail, traditional retail, corporate, institutional

- Build sales team, set targets, manage targets

- Help company in building strong brand in premium consumer durables category through trade promotions & marketing

Candidate profile;

- 5-12 yrs of exp.

- Looking for one who has extensive Sales experience in consumer durables especially FANS/Coolers

- Must have the capability to take up leadership role

- Must have handled large teams

- One who loves the challenge of building functions/teams from scratch

- One who loves to create brands in market
