Education - MBA

Experience - Candidates with hard core sales experience in working with companies in FMCG / Consumer durables / paints / tyres.

Candidates who have experience and contribution in turning around business.

New product development / New product launch

Entrepreneurial mindset is a must.

Energetic and passionate about brand building & growing business from scratch

Job Responsibilities :

Business Planning :

- Understand the market, customers and the end users

- Understand and create the business model

- Understand competitive landscape

- Execution plan. Build and lead the team

- Train and educate sales team and channel

- Help marketing team plan campaigns

- Work with the category team to build the product portfolio

- Manage operations and other functions critical to success of the business

- Work with cross functional teams
