KRA's :
- Overall responsibility of topline for Primary, Secondary & Tertiary sales in the assigned region
- Drive and develop a highly competitive sales force to generate brand visibility and reach.
- Managing sales & distribution network for multiple states through the team.
- Formulating, Planning and Executing sell-out activities and other marketing programs
- Drive correct product mix and premiumization
- Hiring, development & retention of team thru structured performance management process
- Drive key account management for all key stakeholders.
