Sales Head- Project Management (10-20 yrs)
- Maintaining strategic business partnerships, solid lines of communication with various government agencies and regulatory partners
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring performance measures for external affairs
- Administering the annual budget for external affairs; conducting monthly review exercises for various entities and departments
- Identifying potential partners to form synergy for real estate business and initiating new relationships
- Designing AOP and KPIs for the organization at the beginning of every year in conjunction with Business Heads
- Coordinating with various stakeholders and Business Unit Heads
- Complete P&L ownership including Asset Management, Project Management , Construction, Sales, Marketing, Liasoning etc. through out project life cycle
- Leading and mentoring a cross functional team of professionals of construction, sales , CRM , design , legal and finance functions
- Developing and establishing policies, strategies, and operating objectives consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient and effective development of projects
- Handling of whole Pan India Operations
