The position will be responsible for managing entire state.
Our client is looking for 2 State Heads - One for AP Telangana & One for Kerala
- The position is responsible for entire sales & managing a team of 4-5 Assistant Manager / Senior Executives
- The candidate needs to have an exposure of Industrial / project / Channel sales
- To analyze business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drive vertical growth, increase turnover and achieve the targets thereby as per the parameters agreed; through dealers / trade management.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.
- To drive product awareness by identifying all the industrial areas in the given territory and make a developmental plans with the help of channel partners / industrial specifiers / project consultants / applicators (for higher thickness tiles)
- To drive innovation based sales by looking out for new application areas across various industries & enter into new business tie ups with auto majors, hotel / hospitality segments etc. for recurring volumes month after month.
- To monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures & fine-tune strategies accordingly.
- Responsible for training of detailed counter profiling for existing dealers / sub-dealers and assessing their potential for low-end and high-end products.
- Considering candidates Construction /Chemical/ Adhesive - Handling -High Value Products.
