This position is for National Head and the incumbent will be head of the entire Sales operations of the Commercial Vehicle segment, controlling Product vertical heads & team of Regional Managers working closely with the Dealer organization to achieve Sales Target achievement.
The responsibility includes :
- Product Sales Strategy.
- Product Pricing strategy.
- Commercial Policy formulation & Credit Policy Monitoring.
- Incentive Scheme formation / Monitoring
- Retail Sales
- Dealer Management Systems.
- Inquiry & activity Management,
- New Product Launch.
The candidate should be an Engineer (Mech/Agri) with MBA in the age group of 40 to 45 years with 15 to 18 year experience in Commercial vehicle Manufacturing companies, of which minimum 5 years should be in the National Sales or Product Head position
