Hiring for the role of Sales Head(Commercial and Residential) - Top Brand - Gujarat(Vapi)

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues customized to the various industries we are involved in.

2. Set yearly and monthly sales targets for the residential, commercial, and industrial real estate based on our overall revenue targets for the year from the Real Estate vertical.

3. Lead the Sales team for the different verticals and train them to achieve their sales targets.

I - RESIDENTIAL HOUSING

1. Keep regular track of the sale bookings done by the Sales team in terms of units sold, area of the properties sold (sq ft), and revenue generated through the sales and map them against the sales targets set at the beginning of the year.

2. Take corrective action in case the sales are lower than the set targets, by analyzing the reasons behind it.

II - INDUSTRIAL PARKS

1. Coordinate with the Project team to build strategies for the development of the various land parcels.

2. Keeping track of various conferences, events, and exhibitions related to the Petrochemical, Petroleum and Chemical industries taking place across the country and participating in them to build networks.

III - COMMERCIAL

A - RETAIL LEASING

1. Decide on the formats of upcoming retail spaces and malls [Large format retail (LFR), Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs), etc.], along with the Retail Head and decide whether we are going to enter a franchise with these brands or go for the Leasing model.

2. Identification and evaluation of brands for leasing of our retail space, by doing a detailed study of their sales patterns, financials, and their alignment with the demography of the local population.

3. Negotiate with interested clients and coordinate with the Legal team to formulate the various terms and conditions of the contract with the client.

B - WAREHOUSE LEASING

1. Partnering with various real estate agents and brokers to help in generating leads for our Warehouses.

2. Gathering information from various sources regarding the demand for warehouses by various industries on an ongoing basis especially focusing on the requirements of the FMCG, Third party logistics, Consumer Durable companies as well as e-commerce companies.

1. Person should have handled Real Estate Sales (Residential, Commercial & Industrial).

2. Excellent networking skills and prospecting skills.

3. A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients
