Head - Sales & Collection - BFSI

Job Description:

- Deep understanding of banking products such as Business Loan.

- Knowledge on Lead generation, conversion & disbursement

- Involved market research, area mapping, network establishments and partner tie ups.

- Proficient in analysing market trends to provide critical inputs for business development initiatives and formulation of selling and marketing strategies.

- Responsible for staff retention and end to end sales and collection.

- Team handling, Relationship management with stake holders and customer service.

- Responsible for revenue generation, P&L accountability and ROI.

- Budget Manpower requirement, Facilitate Hiring & Training of the budgeted manpower.

- Ensure sales target for the States & Districts are met.

- Work towards achievement of business output parameters towards business expansion.

- Participate & finalize location property.
