Head - Chain Stores Sales
Location - Mumbai
Responsibilities:
1 Excellent Understanding of Diamonds/Jewellery to encounter & resolve pricing issues ( with respect to quality and price)
2 Experience in B2B sales preferably having experience in servicing accounts of chain stores ( ex Tanishq/Malabar/Reliance jewels/Aditya birla/Senco/etc) all big stores.
3 Good customer orientation
4 Should be well versed with working patterns/processes/ systems etc of chain stores
5 Having knowledge of front-end and back-end processes of how chain stores work will be an added advantage
6 Should be presentable & mature enough to deal with big accounts.
7 Responsible for generating proposals, and quotations, organizing & conducting sales presentations.
8 Ensure customer satisfaction at all stages by giving them all necessary information relevant to the shipment/activity in coordination with Customer Services.
9 Monitor the volume of business that is being generated from all accounts on a regular basis. ( Min Business 200+ cr)
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Passionate about jewellery/fashion
- Ability to work under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Data analysis and statistical aptitude, Good interpersonal skills.
- Luxury jewellery Experience is mandatory.
