Role: The Head of Sales & Business Development (Telecom Technology Services) is an integral part of the Leadership team and partner to the CEO, in translating the growth journey of Client into institution building systems and processes. The role will lead and manage all Sales, Revenue growth systems and processes.

Target Companies: American Tower Corporation, Comba Telecom, Viom Networks, QBR telecom, Metrotel, LinQuest Telecom, etc

Key Responsibilities:

- Target companies can be small mid- sized like Some of them can be Comba telecom, Viom networks, QBR telecom, Metrotel, Linquest telecom

- Head of Sales & Business Development (Telecom Technology Services)

Expereince-10+ Years

- Should be from IT Services/Telecom services.

- Exposure on international market is an added advantage.

- Strong experience from service industry required.

- Develop and meet sales forecasts.

- Responsible for identifying new avenues and pursue clients.

- Ownership of Key Account(s) and achieve sales targets for Key Account Business

- Responsible for Client servicing and Account Management as per requirements

- Ensure High CSAT on agreed SLA's

- Prepares sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis

- Networks with potential customers and business partners in an effort to promote certain products

- Performing the role of anchoring new sales deals

- Post Sales coordination & requirement gathering

- New Customer Engagement & Agreements closure

- Project delivery & coordination with implementation team for existing operations with the Pre-Sales and Delivery teams.

- Interaction with the key management professionals of the company regarding above.

Other Skills :

a. Proven record and experience in building various sales channels

b. Well versed with excel and power point and good hold on numbers.

c. Experience managing a high performance sales team

d. An ability to understand and analyses sales performance metrics

e. Customer service attitude with negotiation skills

f. Ability to engage and communication effectively

g. Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude

h. Ability to set up processes/ build business from scratch

i. Should have handled and managed team

- Profile of Growth Management as Head of Sales & Business Development (Telecom Technology Services)

- Drive overall top-line revenue, achieving annual growth targets for the business but also achieve a personal sales target themselves

- Build strong relationships with local stakeholders including local and international bodies

- Drive highly profitable operations through close management of the P&L with the Team and Management. Stakeholders

- Help to recruit and manage local sales and marketing teams, ensuring team's performance, engagement, efficiency and cohesion

- Develop and execute a marketing strategy to create brand value and awareness including building relationships with various media outlets

- Ensure collaboration between Sales and Marketing to achieve shared goals

- Revenue targets achieved/exceeded each month, quarter and fiscal year

- Achieve country-wide P&L goals
