The Sales Head will be responsible for driving Sales, Client Relationship Management, & Business Operations.
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Drive Business Targets in line with defined objectives
2. Expertise on providing Investment advice to the HNI / UHNI segment
3. Servicing and deep mining the existing investor base.
4. Should be able to build a multi-channel distribution strategy
5. Develop and lead a team to build a robust investor serving framework and achieve sales targets
6. Should be customer focused
7. Should be willing to work and excel in a start-up environment
Candidate Profile:
- Should be from a Tier 1 B-school
- Overall experience of 10 to 15 years
- Should possess strong Leadership qualities
- Having a strategic bent of mind
