Role Objective:

To set up and manage a robust Sales & Business Development team in the territories where we operate and to create credible visibility for our brand with surgeons, physicians, & other healthcare professionals. The role also demands a seasoned healthcare professional with an ability for forging meaningful relationships with top-tier surgeons, doctors, Corporates and healthcare institutions aiming to co-create solutions that enhance the lives of our seniors.

Key Deliverables:

- Seeking a candidate who has the appetite for achieving QoQ sales growth

- Should have grown from junior to senior level in the hierarchy and has good, doctor connect, hospitals and corporate connects.

- Should be able to take up challenges.

- Should have the ability to strategies and scale the business with planning and creating avenues of business channels.

- Must have good connect with hospitals, doctors and corporates.

- Working Experience with Leadership team is an added advantage.

- Should good understanding of the region and the market.

- Must have minimum 10+ years of experience with majority of tenure in healthcare.

Qualification / Experience:

- Healthcare Experience and Understanding is a must.

- Able to lead and drive the business and contribute to growth of the organisation.

- Good leadership skill, taking people along.

- Experience of having managed a diverse team.

- Open to travel.
