Company Overview: The group has a strong presence and is venturing into building materials industry.

Position Overview: The company is building the Leadership team. Sales Head will play a pivotal role in launching and establishing the sales operations of the new company in the building material sector. This position requires a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader who can develop and execute innovative sales strategies to penetrate the market, build a strong customer base, and drive revenue growth nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to establish the company's presence and achieve market penetration across the nation.

- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and mentoring sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key market segments, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, contractors, architects, developers, distributors, and other industry influencers.

- Drive sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, client presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.

- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to achieve sales objectives.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Experience:

- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, only within the Pipe industry, in East India is a must.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for results and a passion for building and growing businesses.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and identify opportunities for growth.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

- Experience in hiring, training, and managing a sales team.

- Willingness to travel extensively as required.
