CURRENT CTC SHOULD BE BETWEEN 40-50L only - Develop sales strategy and a detailed budget for primary and secondary sales and resource estimation (manpower and capital) for retail business for Pan India. - Develop a marketing and project development strategy and budget for Pan India, including customer segmentation, targeting, pricing, branding, promotions along with sales targets. - Ensure branch wise strategies are elaborated to the respective BMs / Deputy BMs and branch wise budgets are adhered to. - Understand competitor strategies; help develop branding strategies and initiate market research activities - Conceptualize marketing strategies for product specific campaigns and ensure implementation as per the marketing plan in co-ordination with other departments. - Analyze current and possible future market scenario for plywood in the retail and non- retail sector, in existing and new markets and divert resources for increasing focus on the same - Ensure achievement of overall sales targets in the retail segment and project segment. - Monitor and control the cost of sales in the retail and non- retail segment - Monitor receivables and collections targets - Analyze existing dealer and sub-dealer networks to understand patterns in order value, repeat customers, profitability etc. - Analyze existing architect, interior decorator, builder / realtor network in the assigned region to understand patterns in order value, repeat customers, profitability etc. - Liaison with key architects / vendors/ dealers etc. to establish, develop and maintain long term relationships in the assigned region and to resolve any conflict situation that may prove detrimental to the business - Plan & execute successful foray in new opportunities, e.g. new product, new region, in case of retail and non- retail business as per regional division - Recruit, train and manage a high performing sales team, providing mentorship, coaching and performance evaluations.
