Responsibilities :
- Manage the overall running of the team- Develop and implement strategic sales or customer support plans that expand a company's customer base and solidify its presencet, Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams' strengths and weaknesses
- Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships
- Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations with existing and new supplier by partnering with them, Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics
- Liaise and develop professional relationships with regional Representatives and Executives
- Attend conferences and exhibitions
Job Requirements :
- Min 3+ yrs as Lead Overall Sales or Customer support - 4 years to 8 Years excellent communication - Ready for Relocation exp into BPO, Customer Support or Inside Sales or customer Support
