Purpose of this Position:
Identify /work BFSI accounts. Target to acquire 100% wallet share of the accounts. Develop account plans and strategies to win, work with Director & Vertical Head & other key stakeholders to execute the customer wise plans and meet the monthly & annual new sales targets. Work on a daily basis with VSM on target achievement and pipeline growth and basic sales activities are achieved by the sales team.
Job Summary:
1. Identify / work BFSI accounts.
2. Develop Major Prospect list Quarter-wise & develop account plans in the BFSI vertical
3. Strategize with internal & external stake holders and finalize account plans
4. Develop relationship & rapport with major & key prospects / Identified in the vertical across the country
5. Demonstrate leadership by engaging at various CXO levels, buying centres and across product lines i.e. MSS, FM & ESS. Build relationship and rapport building with CXO level.
6. Manage sales team of 8 Vertical Sales Manager.
7. Ensure VSMs meet there Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly targets 100%.

Qualification and Experience Required
Qualification Minimum: B. A / BCom / MBA. [Full Time]
Relevant Experience
1. Total Experience of Over/Minimum 12-14 + Years
2. Preferable Insurance / Security Industry Experience of over / minimum 2-3 Years
3. Corporate Sales Experience of B2B of over 10 Years with experience of 3-4 years to meet and negotiate at CXO level.
4. Minimum 5-6 Yrs experience in handling direct sales team of Sales Managers - Front line sellers.
5. Key expertise - Hunter Role / New Business Acquisition / Aggressive on daily sales activities to be achieved by VSMs.
6. Other Verticals: Security / Insurance / Hard-core B2B companies
7. Prefer Diversity
