Our client is one of the leading IT companies in India. They have around 25+ offices across 12 countries and over 1000+ clients in more than 40+ countries. They have emerged as a leader in new age technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Computing or Machine Learning (ML).

Presently, they seek to hire a Sales Head for BFSI segment. The role demands owning and driving revenue and sales quota for the BFSI business of the organization.

Key Accountabilities of the role are to :

1. Develop pipeline of potential customers which will lead to the closure with support from other internal stakeholders wherever required.

2. Build the customer value framework, adopt it for each unique customer business scenario and drive key differentiators to help customer realize the value, ROI and cost benefits of the deal.

3. Work with different customer stakeholder team to articulate and demonstrate the full value of leveraging the organization's domain capabilities to ensure effective resolution of complex needs of client's business and build confidence to expand the relationship in phases.

4. Manage cross-functional Collaboration with Technical/Delivery team to improve the service offerings.

5. Build and drive the team, align the team with Functional KPIs, ensure capability building in the team, develop cross-learning opportunities, track and improve individual performance.

Ideal Candidate should have :

1. Minimum 10+ years plus experience of managing sales to BFSI sector.

2. Good people management exposure though this will initially be in an Individual Contributor role.

3, proven track record in selling IT services to BFSI sector in highly complex and competitive businesses. The candidate should know how to harness a deal and how to take a small pilot to a multi-million dollar contract.

4. Have an in-depth understanding of the entire sales process and the ability to independently operate a business unit or a new business within a IT services firm.
