Sales Head

Role : Sales Head for Vehicle Loans and Sales Head for Mortgage Loans

Experience :8 to 12 years

Location : Gurugram

Job requirements:

- Total experience 8-12 years. of which, minimum 3 years experience in Strategic Alliance Role with an exposure to secured products in Sales or Channel management or B2B business

- Must have a fintech / NBFC or even an Insurance Distribution background in the last 2-3 years, with any sales or channel management roles in Digital lending or Colending

- Preference to candidates with Vehicle Finance or Mortgage roles in BFSI Sales, Bancassurance, Institutional Sales, Key Account management

- Should have acquired and run partnerships with an objective of deepening the relationship and cross-sell.

- Will be responsible to build the business from scratch and bring in the partners, from across the country, and work with the Product & Technology teams to deliver disbursal targets

- Should be ready to travel and build network or expand with current partners of parent group company, and later manage a small team of Channel manages as the business grows, based in major metros

- Should be having an understanding of process and other operational requirements of the business

Qualifications: MBA (Finance&marketing) from Tier 1 and Tier 2 schools, would be preferred.
