Strategic Planning : Support the top management in establishing strategies for achievement of top line & bottom line targets. Analyzing & reviewing the market response/ requirements & communicating the same to the top management for accomplishment of the business goal.

Business Development : Unlocking the value of land assets. FSI sales, Joint ventures, collaborations, built to suit deal structuring. Feasibility, best use research study, project phasing & project positioning for new projects. Negotiate commercials, structuring of agreement, specific terms & clauses and conclude transactions.

Sales : Prepare & execute sales & marketing strategy for achieving the assigned sales targets for the existing and new projects of the company. Coordination with architects and projects team for developing saleable and user-friendly products. New product launch, positioning, prepare budget & sales flow in consultation with the top management Maximizes sales revenue and projects profitability across all the projects and minimizes business risks.

Location handled Bangalore & Mysore.
