- Business Planning [Setting State wise and ASM wise business objectives for the year, quarter and month]

- Implementation of Sales & Distribution program objectives of Availability, Visibility, and identification of wider Distribution strategies to ensure Long term business growth.

- Sales manpower planning in alignment with Business profitability Plan.

- Liasioning with Plant Production department for smooth Sales operation on a regular basis.

- Reportees Detail : The entire Sales Team with 3 - 4 Direct Reportee across West Bengal, N. East & Jharkhand.
