Position : Head – Sales (Pan India)

Location – Mumbai

Job Description:

- Heading Sales, Marketing activities for Structural Steel Fabrication including High Rise commercial building, architectural buildings like stadiums, airports ; Industrial structures for Power Plant, Steel Plant, Fertilizer Plants, Refineries, Nuclear Plants etc. Reporting to CEO.

- Liasoning with leading national and international consultants, architects, Builders, Developers and Industrialists.

- Mentoring a team of professionals for marketing and sales to achieve set business targets.

- Actively involved in Branding activities including advertising, participation in exhibition, seminars etc

- Generate enquiries, review and submit Business Proposals, Participate in Techno Commercial Negotiations and close the deal successfully.

- Define strategies to gain wide market footprint, with reduced turnaround times and proactive marketing

- Manage Key account by Highest level of Customer Satisfaction

- Co-ordinate with Plant, Project and Engineering team

- Work closely with Top Management in deciding Business strategies
