We are looking at Young & Dynamic Individuals who are Self Motivated & Achievers.

The role is to head Western Region - Sales & Business Development for our GLOBAL CLIENT

Summary:

- Maintaining P& L for the region. Meeting the targets & ensuring profitability.

- Building market share by penetrating into the existing & building new markets.

- Commercializing new products & selling the existing product portfolio.

- Building and developing a performing team.

- Ensuring availability of accurate & timely information flow in the CRM system and within the organization.

- Strong commercial follow-up (ability to persistently follow up for leads & payment)

- Portfolio profitability (manage sales yield to achieve 35% sales margin)

- Negotiation skills (ability to close win-win deals)

- Product knowledge (marketing knowledge of the product, ability to pitch, understand & map client requirements with the product)

- Competitiveness (strong appetite for winning deals and ability to differentiate with competitors)
